9x39mm armor-piercing intermediate cartridge. Used in select rifles. In-game description
9x39mm Armor-Piercing Rounds are a type of ammunition in DayZ. They are found individually, packed in boxes, or pre-loaded in VSS and SVAL magazines. Empty the box to receive 20 usable rounds.
This round has a greater penetration value than the standard 9x39mm SP-5 Rounds as well as damaging any armor it hits three times more than standard rounds but it does NOT deal more damage than usual with or without armor.

- The СП (in СП-6) on the box in Russian stands for Специальный Патрон (Spetsialnyj Patron) or translated to English "Special Cartridge".
- In real life it has a hardened metal armor-piercing core. That can penetrate 2 mm (0.079 in) of steel at 500 meters and at 100 meters it can penetrate 8 mm (0.31 in) of steel, while retaining enough power to inflict damage to a soft target behind the armor
