Berezhki is a tiny village of only a few houses located on the coast in the far northeast corner of Chernarus. This town appears to have been at one time a fishing community, and is often referred to as the "hermit village."
Because the town features multiple wooden boats, it is a good place for searching for Netting. Though it is remote, survivors often run into each here because they assume no one will be there.
