Selective-fire submachine gun, fed from an unusual cylindrical magazine. Pistol caliber bullets allow low recoil and long sustained fire. Uses .380 ACP rounds. In-game description
The Bizon is a firearm in DayZ.
Overview[ | ]
Unlike the other .380 ACP submachine gun, the CR-61 Skorpion, the Bizon has two additional slots for an Eastern optic and the Bizon's own type of buttstock, as well as its own designated 64-round magazine. The Bizon can use either the pistol or bottle suppressor. Because of the variety of attachments and large magazine capacity, the Bizon is arguably a more well-rounded weapon than the CR-61; however, with the Skorpion's higher firerate, the Skorpion still dominates in close-range encounters.
It is recommended to have a Gun Cleaning Kit on the survivor if they plan on using this weapon, as discharging an entire magazine will usually result the Bizon deteriorating to the next damage level.
