Radiator that connects to the engine block. Used for cooling a car engine with a coolant, typically water based. In-game description
The Car Radiator is a vehicle repair component in DayZ. As of v0.63 it is functional and ingame. It is required in order to operate vehicles, and must be filled with water after installing into the car. To completely fill the radiator, about 5,850ml of water is needed. A vehicle can operate with the radiator 1/4 (1,000ml) full or 3/4 hot on the radiator gauge before it begins to damage itself; this should not be done for long.
If a Car Radiator is attached to a Vehicle, it's possible to use the Screwdriver to secure it in place.
NOTE: As of DayZ SA 1.02 the Car Radiator is automatically emptied once removed from its vehicle.
