City Hall is a unique municipal government building in the city centre of Novodmitrovsk. The architectural style of the city hall tower follows the principles of Stalinist architecture.

Trivia

The City Hall from Chernogorsk was used in Novodmitrovsk for 0.45 as a placeholder until its own was finished and ready to be included in 0.46.
