Combat Sights is a Weapon Attachment in DayZ Standalone.
The M68's battery is internal, and unlike the Weapon Flashlight (for example) it does not need an Alkaline Battery 9V to function. In order to attach the M68, the player needs to first remove the M4 Carryhandle Optics. The M68 attaches directly to the Picatinny rail of the M4's receiver.
