Duct Tape is a type of equipment in DayZ Standalone. It can be used to repair Damaged/Badly Damaged items to Worn, and can repair various items from PET Bottles to Hunting Backpacks. What items Duct Tape is able to repair the dry bag. Unlike other repair items (e.g. Sewing Kits), items can only be repaired by Duct Tape once in their lifetime.
It can also be used to tie-up players, similar to Handcuffs.
