Duke Ivan Kozlov was a significant historical figure in the history of the South Zagoria region of Chernarus, with his dynasty lasting roughly 200 years from the 11th - 13th centuries. He is widely considered to be the founder of the first modern Chernarussian State.
Kozlov's Peak and the village of Kozlovka are named after him, as was Kozlovo Castle before the events of the Zagorian Karzeg Rebellion lent a new name to the castle.[1]
