The Earthworm is an animal in DayZ. It can be obtained from the ground to use for as Fishing Bait.

Earthworms can be dug-up using a Farming Hoe, shovels, Pickaxe, bayonets or a Knife when pointing at the ground, and can be attached to a fishing hook to catch fish or used as bait in Small Fish Trap and Fish Net Trap.
