The 100Rnd Beta C-Mag is a firearm magazine found in the files of DayZ.
It has never been implemented despite being present since 0.28 Alpha, existing only in model and textures. The standard model has a black finish although a second texture in FDE (Flat Dark Earth) is also present.
It is likely the magazine was leftover from Arma 2, and/or considered as a potential magazine for West magazine-compatible weapons early in development and kept in.
