Foot Pain is a type of injury in DayZ. It can be caused by walking barefoot or by walking with ruined shoes/boots, which causes Bleeding. Walking on roads makes Bleeding 50% more likely. You can also get foot pain from jumping off tall places or by being hit by Zombies. Foot Pain makes the player grunt / moan whenever they walk, depending on the severity of Foot Pain, it may occur more or less often. This could be a problem if you are attempting to stealthily kill a player.
