Gliniska is a village in northern Livonia, just north of the Biela River
General[]
The village is located between Topolin and Brena, on the north shore of the river. It is the closest settlement to Lukow Airfield, and arguably one of the most active spots of the region. As a possible spawning location, it's likely that you will find freshly-spawned survivors around here, if not spawn here youself. Mostly unremarkable in terms of overall loot, it provides an adequate space for newly-spawned players to get moderately geared, as well as find Food and Drink before moving into other nearby areas, such as the Kopa prison, or ruined military villages such as Nidek or Lipina.
There is a Water Pump present near the middle of the city, providing safe drinking water, and another in front of the clinic towards the southern area. Together they provide an opportunity for early-game medical loot and essentials that would prove life-saving, especially due to the lack of equipment you may have as a newly-spawned survivor. Beware though, as there could be anywhere from 10-15 infected spawned in the area near the clinic and the medical loot is heavily contested by other survivors.
Areas of interest[]
- A bridge in the Southern area of the village leads to Gliniska's train station. Continuing southbound will bring you onto a dirt path, which can lead you to both the prison when turning right onto the main road, and to Nidek when turning left.
- Travelling across the bridge and following the train track to the right will lead to a potential dynamic train wreck, which may help you find early-game military loot.
- The area surrounding Gliniska also contains a significant amount of abandoned pillboxes with military loot. Despite their large quantity, being located so far north the tier rating of the area lowers the quality of loot found inside.
