The KA Rail Handguard is a weapon attachment for the KA-M, KA-101 and KA-74 in DayZ. Like all handguards, the KA Rail Handguard reduces the weapon's dispersion cone, increasing the overall accuracy of the rifle. The KA Rail Handguard also allows additional attachments to be added to the weapon.
