The Leather Hat is a craftable Hat in DayZ Standalone. It can only be obtained by crafting. It needs 1x Tanned Leather and a Leather Sewing Kit to crafting the Leather Hat. Since the experimental 0.56 it's possible to blacken the Leather Hat by using a Oil Barrel.
