Lipina is a ruined village in Livonia, between Huta and Nidek. It is within Livonia's military training zone. Whilst mostly unremarkable in terms of overall loot, the ruined buildings that the village consists of boast military loot, and so it is an ideal place to loot early in the game, especially considering Lipina's main road connection to Nidek, another ruined village. The only building that stands out within Lipina is the Civilian Barracks present at the Southern area of it. An M1025 spawn is also present in this area, providing a good opportunity for a vehicle early on in your game, particularly after server wipes.
