M4-A1 Bayonet is a Weapon Attachment in DayZ Standalone.
The M4-A1 Bayonet occupies the same attachment slot as the Suppressor NATO, and cannot be equipped simultaneously. Like all other suppressors and bayonets (except the Pistol Suppressor, the M4-A1 Bayonet reduces dispersion by roughly 7% of the M4A1s base.
Bayonets do not allow you to stab while holding a weapon, but it is possible to take a bayonet into your hands that is stored on an M4 on your back.
