M4-A1 Carry Handle Sights is a Weapon Attachment in DayZ Standalone. It is most commonly found on the M4A1 as the default sight, but is sometimes found at NATO Helicopter Crash Sites. Its presence has no effect on dispersion, damage, or range, but is a highly effective target acquisition aid. Using the M4A1 without a sight over using the M4-A1 Carry Handle Sights is not recommended, but is fully functional.
