A MP series handguard for M4-A1 assault rifle. — In-game description

The M4-A1 MP Handguard is a weapon attachment for the M4-A1 in DayZ Standalone. Like all handguards, the M4-A1 MP Handguard reduces the weapon's dispersion cone, increasing the overall accuracy of the M4-A1. The M4-A1 MP Handguard provides more dispersion reduction than its Rail and Polymer counterparts.
