Editing Mod:Krutoy Cap

Krutoy Cap is a possible spawn point for survivors on the south-east of the map.  Unlike many other spawns, it is not named for a nearby town, but for the peninsula extending out into the ocean.  
==Context==
Krutoy Cap is South of the [[Mod:Three Valleys]] spawn point/village, and north of [[Mod:Kamyshovo]].  Up the hill to the north-west is [[Mod:Tulga]].  There is nowhere to loot on the coast, and [[Mod:survivors]] commonly head south-west along the coast towards [[Mod:Kamyshovo]] and [[Mod:Elektrozavodsk]].
