Medical Boxes can be found in Medical Tents, inside Hospitals, and at Helicopter Crash Sites. They contain large amounts of Medical loot and can be a lifesaver if you are low on Blood.

If you attempt to loot a medical box in a hospital and find a limited number of supplies (such as 2 bandages and a can), there is a high chance that the medical box is being covered up by these supplies. To access the medical box, simply loot the supplies that are covering it up and open the box.
