Nad Mstoy (Russian: Над Мстой, translated as "Over the Msta") is a forest in South Zagoria.

At the center of Nad Mstoy is a crossroads with lodge-style Pub, which has a chance to spawn a working Ada 4x4. The nearby village of Msta is just east of Nad Mstoy while the small town of Staroye is to the west. To the south lies the castle of Rog. Additionally, there is a military encampment northwest from here.
