The town of Novaya Petrovka is north of Vybor Air Base, and was added in the Stable release of DayZ 0.50.

Another large town in the sprawling north of Chernarus, Novaya Petrovka is simultaneously well-developed and rural. It offers everything a survivor would need in the way of amenities and supplies through a police station and a medical center, but is still completely surrounded by farmland and has more of a small town feel despite its size.
