General
Novoselky is the smallest of the three living areas to the north of Chernogorsk, sandwiched between Dubky and Chapaevsk. It is well-protected for the most part thanks to being surrounded by mountains on several sides, but may see traffic due to popular routes north from the coast on either side of it. The area between it and Chernogorsk is relatively flat, so you can still vaguely see the coast from here as well.
This town has the least amount of loot among the three, but includes a medical building as well as a grocery store.
