.Novoselky is the smallest of the three public housing projects to the north of Chernogorsk proper, sandwiched between Dubky and Vysotovo.

It is well-protected for the most part thanks to being surrounded by mountains on several sides, but may see traffic due to popular routes north from the coast on either side of it. The area between it and Chernogorsk is relatively flat, so you can still vaguely see the coast from there as well.
