The Oil Barrel is a large persistent storage container which usually spawns in industrial areas and sheds.
It can only be carried with your hands and has a lid which you may can open or close.
using as a container, was fully implemented within the experimental 0.56. Before that version, the Oil Barrel was just an environmental object.
Current Uses
- Use as a container to store items
- Use as a container to store gasoline
- Combining guts and plant material in a barrel creates fertilizer
- Leather can be bleached by using garden lime or disinfectant in a barrel of water.
- Leather or white clothing can be colourized (tshirts or armbands only currently) with colouring objects (bark, nails, berries) in a barrel of water.
- Can be used as an advanced container where you can burn a fireplace and cook, similar to a stone oven. First you must cut holes in the barrel.
