Ostrog (Russian: Острог, translated as "Prison") is a steep coastal hill found between Kamenka and Komarovo in the South Zagoria region of Chernarus. At 119m tall, it is the 34th highest peak in the region.

At an elevation of just 119m, Ostrog provides an excellent view of Storozh immediately opposite across a small strait. This strait is a common transit point for survivors scavenging the prison on Storozh, and survivors should be cautious of others camping the location. The hill itself is fairly unremarkable, with a lighthouse and small industrial shed possessing what little loot that can be found. The hill has no road or trail access, so survivors will have to find their own way to navigate the hill.
