Used on survivors who are ill with Gas Poisoning from a Contaminated Zone. It will instantly wake an Unconscious survivor. Its other effects are based on the current survivors stage of Gas Poisoning. If a survivor is within stage 1/2 then it will instantly cure the survivor of the illness. If the survivor is within stage 3, it will set the illness back into stage 2.

- As a PO-X Antidote adds 100 shock to the player, it can be used as an expensive Epinephrine Auto-Injector to wake Unconscious players.
