The PSO-1 Scope is a weapon attachment in DayZ Standalone.
It is has a 4x magnification and uses chevrons to gauge distance for an accurate shot, although it can still be zeroed (100m increments, 1000m max). A variant called the PSO-1-1 is found on the VSS Vintorez but it can only be zeroed to a much lower 400m and features different markings through the sights to match that.
