The PSO-6 Scope is a weapon attachment in DayZ. It was introduced in the 1.28 Experimental Patch.
Overview[]
The PSO-6 Scope is a fixed 6x magnification telescopic sight compatible with KA-based rifles.
It is the recommended scope for the VSD, as with its higher muzzle velocity, the further zoom and zeroing can be better taken advantage of.
The optic features an illuminated reticle and thus, optionally a 9V Battery can be fitted for improved crosshair vision in low visibility environments.
The PSO-6 Scope consumes 0.02 energy per second, therefore a single 9V Battery provides 42 minutes of active use.
