The SG5-K Rail Handguard is a weapon attachment for the SG5-K in DayZ. Like all handguards, the SG5-K Rail Handguard reduces the weapon's dispersion cone, increasing the overall accuracy of the SG5-K. The SG5-K Rail Handguard also allows additional attachements to be added.
