Small salt-water fish. If you have a bunch of them, you can even get a full meal's worth. In-game description
Sardines are an animal in DayZ Standalone, living in the ocean that forms the coast of Chernarus. It can be caught using a Small Fish Trap or Fish Net Trap.
Sardines can be used as a source of food, although it is likely that eating them raw would make you sick. Due to their size, they cannot be skinned or prepared like the other fish.
