A tactical vest designed to hold as much gear as possible while maintaining full mobility. In-game description
The Tactical Vest, commonly referred to as a "high-cap", is a vest in DayZ. It is one of the few articles of clothing capable of containing either a SG5-K, USG-45, KAS-74U, AUR A1, CR-61 Skorpion, Bizon or the LE-MAS in its inventory, outside of a backpack or Assault Vest/Utility Buttpack combination. Its appearances are directly inspired by the existing "Eagle Industries TAC-V1-NU-A" Tactical Vest.
An Olive Tactical Vest will turn a dark green when damaged or badly damaged. While this effect is detrimental to camouflage, it can only be repaired with a Leather Sewing Kit.
