I've got a stubborn friend of mine who says that the static helicopter crash sites do not spawn any loot as of 0.48. Could any of you prove him wrong? --ThorEianr (talk) 11:29, 19 August 2014 (UTC)
- Yeah. Maybe not with Direct Photo evidence, but thats where I found and Photographed the current Grenade and Flashbang pictures. Found two M4's at one of them once, and a whole bunch of attachments at the others (visited just over half a dozen since 0.48 came out) Also seem to find alot of Chemlights there, like everywhere else. --Lanthire (talk) 21:51, 19 August 2014 (UTC)
Seems in 0.49 the fixed heli crash site in Kumyrna was removed, not sure about the other 2...Petr32 (talk) 09:02, 21 September 2014 (UTC)
- You should remove the information about it if you are sure. I will check on the one in Ballota because I'm in the area. I sure hope its not removed because that would make some items impossible to get. --Basinox (talk) 10:46, 21 September 2014 (UTC)
As of 0.53 I was able to find, on two occasions and on different servers, 3 american helicopter crash sites and 1 russian helicopter. I believe they have increased the number of helicopter spawns. --PvtHudson78

are the crash positions now fixed? i was on multiple servers and the crash sites were always at the same spot even after restarts. they still changed between nato/russian but nothing else--TheBlackDracula (talk)

Added some new content to the heli crash page. When I get more time, I'd like to get more in-depth with what changed in updates. -- Endarz
