The Trumpet was a pump-action rifle in DayZ. It was removed in 0.63 and is awaiting reimplementation.
Overview[ | ]
The Trumpet is a pump-action .22 caliber rifle based on the FN Trombone that makes very little noise and offers a good rate of fire. It can be carried on the back, or alternatively, disassembled and placed in your inventory at a size of 2x3 slots making it a good backup weapon or purpose-specific hunting weapon for smaller game. In addition to being able to be disassembled down to 2x3 (6 Slots), the assembled Trumpet is 1/2 the size of a normal long gun at 6x2 (12 Slots). It is the same size as the Ashwood Bow, but rotated 90°.
