Tugur (Russian: Тугур) is a small, abandoned village in the west-south-west region of Sakhal, Russia.
It is located on the south-western shore of Burukan, close to the middle of the peninsula. The village consists of a handful of broken-down wood houses with tool sheds. It is one of three villages in the entire arhchipelago that falls under loot tier 3.
