DayZ Wiki

Zalesie is a village in Livonia, south of Topolin.

It is the westernmost town in the region, located 2 kilometers southwest of Topolin, and is covered by woodlands to the north. The surrounding area is a mix of forest and open field, providing relatively safe passage in and out of the village. Due to its remote location and close proximity to useful locations such as Camp Pionier, it is a prominent stop for survivors travelling south that want to avoid the more dangerous mid-region of the map. The entire settlement resides inside loot tier 2.

The fields surrounding Zalesie offer a good amount of Hares, Goats and Cows, and the narrow lake south of town is a reliable fishing spot with good visual cover on the shorelines. The village also has a water pump located just south of the central crossing.

Downtown Zalesie has multiple smaller facilities including a Pub, Medical Center, General Store and a Church.
